ABOUT ARGOS

This blog is, for us, the space where we can freely share some of the practices, resources, and technological tools that have helped us generate recurring revenue, improve our customer relationships, optimize our project management, or open new sales channels. Everything we share here has been tested in real companies, working from Latin America.

Since many of our companies are small and medium-sized businesses, we focus on cost-effective solutions and methodologies that we use personally. Sometimes we touch on topics related to banking and non-profit organizations. This is because a large part of our professional experience has been, as executives or consultants, serving Latin American banks and helping NGOs with their technological projects. Other times we talk about online stores or online education. This is because we all have online retail businesses and most of us are trainers or speakers.

Occasionally, we talk about specific sectors, such as the legal or medical fields. When we do this, it is generally because we are working on digital transformation projects in that sector and have found little gems that we think are worth sharing. We will usually have comments from professionals in the field as well.
